The HR Service Centre in Sweden delivers Core HR services to all managers and employees in Tetra Pak companies in Sweden.
We are now looking for an HR Specialist within our Recruitment & Employer Branding team. In this role, we want you to become the true spokesperson for Tetra Pak in Employer Branding matters. You will naturally develop a broad internal and external network and work in close collaboration with HR colleagues, Universities and suppliers.
The basis for this challenging and extrovert role is a strong focus on and responsibility for employer branding activities, covering attraction, recruitment and retention of future and present talents.
Main responsibilities
• Optimizing the visibility and marketing of Tetra Pak as future potential employer, including planning, coordination and execution of activities towards students and young professionals such as: career fairs, lectures, case competitions etc
• Budget responsibility for the Employer Branding budget
• Production and distribution of Communication material based upon the company's Employer Value Proposition
• Handling requests and questions by external parties, including inquiries for internships, master thesis work as well as promotional issues.
• Responsibility for and recruitment to our student programs
• Ownership development of our career/ student web sites
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to thrive in a high pace environment and have a passion for networking, stakeholder relations and communication. You are outgoing, engaging and build trust easily. You should also possess a strategic mindset foreseeing outcome and consequences of communication and activities. Strong coordination and planning skills are also essential.
You have a University degree in Human Recourses and/or Communications. Previous professional experience from Employer Branding responsibilities and University relations are seen as highly beneficial as well as experience from supplier relations/negotiations and Project Management.
Finally you are fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish. A good command of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is also necessary.
