As a HR Process Governance Expert you will be part of a global team that will facilitate and support the People & Culture organization to deliver on strategic intent and operational targets by securing an efficient and effective governance in relation to the operating model. The role is central and responsible for People & Cultures (P&C) process fundamentals and process governance.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As HR Process Governance Expert you are part of the Operational Excellence team and report to the Director of Operational Excellence. The Operational Excellence team is a team of experts operating across our different countries. Internally your main stakeholders will be management teams, process managers and other employees providing guidance in developing and using frameworks and models in order to fulfill our common goals.
Key deliverables and activities:
Own and continuously improve our Business Process Management (BPM) tool and our process landscape
Govern the process setup and identify/propose improvements for People & Culture cross- country, team and departments.
Secure adequate process performance measurements and reporting dashboards
Support Process Managers and line organization to identify and initiate process optimization including automation initiatives
Understand the basic system landscape in connection to the process landscape, for future building on enterprise architecture and focus towards process mining (both process optimization as well as cost control insights)
Run projects or initiatives within your scope based on prioritization and agreement within the organisation
Secure efficient and effective overall governance structures and organizational setup for People & Culture
Own the People & Culture governance manual including roles, responsibilities, instructions and common structures for process governance
Actively involve and liaise with stakeholders throughout People & Culture.
Qualifications
An academic degree within a relevant field
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. A good understanding in a Vattenfall core country language could be beneficial from a social point of view
Proven experience in process modelling, process development and process governance from working in a complex international environment. Lean and Six Sigma experience is preferred.
Skills in usage of supporting applications for BPM (we use Mavim) and performance dashboards as well as other system based tools.
Experience in project management and project management tools will be considered a merit.
As a person you are recognised as being proactive, pedagogical, cooperative and with strong social skills. You are an expert within your field but like to learn and develop others and have a sound understanding that processes are means and not an objective.
