We are now recruiting an HR Operational Excellence for ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Scandinavia who will be responsible for driving the HR projects forward within our organization.
You will have the opportunity to work with the full spectrum of HR-processes and to initiate, develop and deliver them both within HR and in the organization. This role can be located in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, Mölnlycke, Herlev or Ski. You will support other sites in Scandinavia and some occasional business travels will be needed. The role is a permanent position and you will report directly to to our HR Director Scandinavia.
What you will be doing
This role is new and broad and there are great opportunities to develop existing processes and routines in all aspects of the employee life cycle. The transformation to business aligned HR-processes are high on our agenda. We want you to contribute with your positive energy, great ideas as well as strategical and operational input.
Lead Scandinavian implementation of our new HR System (Success Factors) including further roll-out and trainings of the different modules for managers and employeesThe new system will require updated routines in our workflow, which you will develop together with stakeholders within our organizationSet processes and structure for internal routines and directives in our Management SystemSecure HR related GDPR processesLead projects such as development and implementation of new processes and systems within HRCommunicate and give trainings to managers and employees in new processesEnsure that our HR delivery contributes to the achievement of overall business goalsSome administration and reportingThe position includes both strategical as well as transactional tasks
What we are looking for
We believe that you are an independent and confident person who will through great commitment and structure drive your work forward efficiently and with high quality. To succeed in this role it is important that you have your own drive and good cooperative ability. You are outgoing but also have high integrity and trust. You feel comfortable holding a presentation in front of others. We believe you have worked broadly with qualified HR tasks with a strong project lead focus. You have an academic degree in HR or other equivalent education and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. You are fluent in one Scandinavian language as well as English.
