The Åmål office opened in January 2003 and is supporting customers and independent representatives for the Nordic market, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
HR Officer, 50-75%
As HR Officer you will be responsible for support and information to managers and personnel regarding HR related issues according to laws, collective agreement, rules and policies. You will work with the ongoing personnel administration like updating employee database; administrate agreements and change of work hours, report pensions, support authorities and external parties with information. You will also have contact with Försäkringskassan and company health care and prepare the pay roll for external company to process. Furthermore you will handle recruitment, update policies and plans and implement them within the HR area. You will also be responsible for reports and statistics for the European HR Department, and participate in various projects. The work environment is also a responsibility for the HR Officer and you will co operate with the Safety Representative and Manager around work environment related issues.
Who you are?
We are looking for a HR generalist who has education or experience within the HR area. If you have some years experience from HR administration and have worked for an international company it is an advantage. You have very good knowledge of the Office package and are fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken. We would like you have excellent people skills and the ability to communicate with different kinds of people and create trust amongst our personnel and managers. You are a self-starter with a good helicopter view but still give attention to details and should also have a business view. You should be flexible and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. You should also be structured, accurate in your work and be able to work independently.
