Your role in our team As HR Digital Specialist, you are a part of our Culture & Communications team. As HR Digital Specialist, your main focus is automation and digitalisation within our common people data processes. This includes creating and maintaining automated people processes, making sure to create a more efficient and improved employee experience. The role entails the implementation of systems, acting as a senior advistor within designated areas of responsibility. You envolve and engage partners both within and outside the organisations, seeking and sharing necessary information to achieve the best results.
This is a substitute position til end of August 2025, with start as soon as possible but according to agreement.
Is this you? We see that you have an agile and self-leadership mindset, with a proactive approach. You are structured, have strong system skills and a strategic mindset. With your interest in automation and digitalisation you improve HR and are always curious on the modern retail challenges. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:
IT or System development degree/level from a university or similar work experience
3-5 years experience within HR or IT systems
Experience from a global company
Good knowledge in Power BI
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Documented automation and digitalisation experience is highly qualifying
