We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Product & Quality team!

What you 'll do
Your main responsibility will be to support managers and participate in selected management teams and execute HR deliverables in line with the respective units people strategy and business needs. You will be part of converting functional people strategies into specific activities and plans that fully support the respective organizations' business goals. You are also responsible for implementing and communicating HR policies, directives and processes and participate in HR Process work or HR Projects cross functionally.
You will provide analyses and execute activities within the following areas:
* Compensation & Benefits - reward management
* Workforce Planning & career development
* Recruitment and sourcing
* Rehabilitation and health
* Labour Relations
* Organisation development and change activities
Do you fit the profile?
You have several years of experience within the areas of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labour, and Change Management with a business acumen to engage and effectively communicate with key internal stakeholders. You have the ability to deliver on time with high quality. You must be able to plan and prioritise with a flexible mind-set and with high integrity. Your analytical skills are excellent and you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. You know how to present facts and build business cases. As you are part of a management team, you are confident in your profession and transparent in your communication. You have the ability create trust around you while influencing others. In this role you must be able to handle complex and sensitive information while being able to work in an ever changing environment. You like to work independently as well as in teams. You understand the business well and know how to translate it's needs into an HR agenda and make priorities both in the day to day operations as well as longer term. At Volvo Cars, English is our corporate language, requiring fluent skills both in written and orally.
What we offer
We are seeking a committed and passionate person who wants to join us in taking the HRBP function into the future. An essential element for our success is that we have a well laid out HR strategy, including a focus on enhancing HR's presence in the line and strengthen our daily operational support to the managers. To align working methods and collaborate over functional boarders with one goal - more value added to the line managers. Your main responsibility will be to provide operational and tactical HR support to managers and ensure that HR is visible and enabling the managers to achieve business goals. You will report to HR Director Product & Quality Organization.
