Permobil is looking for a HR Business Partner to our site in Timrå. This position plays an important role in the development of the company. We are in constant motion and growing continuously. This places high demands on our HR work and we are therefore looking for a person who enjoys working operatively with development, change management and implementation of our strategic goals
We have a great HR team in Timrå that reports to the Site Manager / Head of Human Resources and consists of Business Partners, Payroll Administrators, Travel Coordinator, Communications Officer and Receptionist. In total eight employees.
The team supports primarily Permobil operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, about 400 employees, but includes also many global contacts. Head of HR in Timrå is part of Permobil HR network, led by our global HR Director.
Qualifications:
We expect you to have an academic background, with a minimum of five years of experience in HR. As a person, you are driven, have an outgoing personality, customer focus and high administrative accuracy. Good skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken) is required.
Duties:
Besides being able to handle many recruitments, you need to be clear and highly motivated in supporting the organization as a generalist in all HR issues, for example supporting managers, competence development, salary issues, union negotiations, rehabilitation, employer branding, work environment and expatriates.
