hela Sverige As a HR Business Partner, at the Local Business Unit (LBU) Transformers, Power Grids, based in Ludvika, you partner with business leaders in the business unit locally and globally to develop, drive and implement business people strategies. You support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant People capabilities and organizational effectiveness in close collaboration with business managers and the HR network.
In this exciting role, you will work with a broad spectrum of strategic HR topics on a global and at a local level. Supporting the business strategy with the right HR deliverable aligned with the global HR Strategy. Your areas of responsibility will be; Strategy Leadership, Workforce Planning, Organization Design, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Change Management. Important is that you are well oriented in current HR development which are relevant to our business.
You report directly to the LBU Manager in Ludvika and functionally to the global HR Business Partner unit for BU Transformers in Zurich. You will also have frequent contact with business managers as well as HR Business Partners within the LBU Transformer units in Ludvika, Piteå and Figeholm.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are self-motivated, self-going and a strong communicator both in small and large contexts. You also need to be driven, structured, and curious. You are also able to create, inspire and maintain professional relationships within the company.
As preferred qualifications we are looking for a person with several years of experience, with a broad and solid knowledge of HR issues, possibly as a HR Business partner/HR Manager. Experience from change management, project management or other leadership roles in the same line of work from a larger, preferably international organization, will be seen as a merit. You also have experience on how to work proactively to succeed with the business strategy from an HR perspective. Relevant degree is required and that you express yourself fluently, in Swedish and English.

You will be part of Power Transformers in Ludvika, a business unit within the division Power Grids. We manufacture power transformers and reactors up to the highest occurring powers and voltages. The unit also offers diagnostics, oil reclaiming, service and spare parts to customers around the world. The Transformer unit in Ludvika has the core competence within the ultra-high voltage levels that are required to transfer a large amount of energy over long distances. Most of the new technology for power transformers is developed here in Ludvika.
