How you'll make an impact
Serve as a visionary partner to the Power Transformers business unit, providing expert HR guidance and support.
Champion and oversee innovative local HR initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Foster the growth and development of the factory, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
Lead transformative organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and cultural projects.
Empower managers with coaching and support on employee relations and performance management, while analyzing HR metrics to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven project management skills with several years of experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization and international environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Sweden.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
