We are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, Göteborg.
What We Offer?
As an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for a unit with approximately 250 employees and you will provide customer service and represents HR to the business. You get the opportunity to work operationally while maintaining a strategic focus to ensure that HR is always business-oriented and adapted to current future challenges.
You will work broadly with several different HR areas and support the business in everything related to the people area such as workforce planning, union negotiations, organizational development, collaboration and ongoing work such as rehab, leadership development and more. You will work with high collaboration with your HRBP colleagues, HR Operations and the Recruitment team.
Who Are you?
We are looking for someone with well-rounded generalist HR experience and preferably from an international company. You are a communicative team player who build trust and has a genuine passion for people. You have a great drive of your own and have the ability to get things done, are confident in yourself, brave, curious and dare to make mistakes.
Your way of working is unpretentiousness and with great clarity while you have great integrity and high strategic ability.
You have a Bachelor 's degree or master in HR.
At least 5 years of experience in business HR
You are fluent in oral and written in English and Swedish.
