You will actively partner with King leaders, getting under the skin of the organisation to truly understand our strategy and share accountability for achieving our business goals, driving revenue, shareholder value, plus employee engagement and retention.
Managing a HR team and leveraging awesome King centres of Expertise you will foster 'Think global and act local'
What you need to deliver
Establishing a true strategic partnership with Business Leaders.
Anticipate talent needs and capabilities across the whole employee lifecycle & influencing King global CoE priorities
Using external models, Best Practice, knowledge and network to continually drive improvements in business performance, organisational design and talent processes
Work closely with Centres of Expertise (CoE) to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking
Ensure King and your business areas/geographies are a Special and engaged places to work, embody our values and foster King high performance Culture

Reward, Manage bonus and merit process, ensuring recognition and reward attracts and retains the best
Resourcing, Identify critical talent requirements, anticipate churn and succession, and facilitate planning in partnership with the COE
Service Delivery ,Own and manage cyclical people processes.
Talent Management, Create talent and succession plans to take account of immediate and long-term needs
Qualification and Experience
Ideally minimum BA, ideally higher
Ideally a qualification in Business and/or People subjects
Ideally worked both in and out of Sweden in a Senior HRBP role
Experience from Online or Technology companies, or FMCG preferred .Fluent in business English (written and spoken) essential. Swedish legislation highly desirable to essential
