We are looking to hire skilled staff with proved experience on part time basis, mainly Monday-Thursday but sometimes also on Friday and/or during the Weekend. You need to be fluent in either English or Swedish and have at least one years experience of professional "hemstädning" in private homes.
Executive Living has serviced apartments in Stockholm mainly in the inner city-Kungsholmen, Södermalm, Vasastan, Östermalm and Gamla Stan.
Your job would be to make sure the apartments are clean and in good condition by cleaning them and wash sheets and towels. You would also check and change bulbs and refill toilet and kitchen paper, salt, pepper, sugar, soap etc. When a guest moves out you would perform a more thorough cleaning and wash all textiles that needs to be washed (not only sheets and towels) and also clean the windows if needed. In some buildings you are also brushing and swabbing the floor in the building itself (stairs and hallway).
You will only enjoy this job if you are self motivated and like to work on your own since you have your own apartments and are usually not working together with a colleague. You need to be disciplined and structured and have an eye for details. You also need to be service minded and nice to the guests since sometimes you will meet the guests while you are cleaning but normally the guests are not home when you come.
Executive Living has serviced apartments in Stockholm, mainly in the inner city-Kungsholmen, Södermalm, Vasastan, Östermalm and Gamla Stan. We have a visitor office in the city and another office and warehouse in Sollentuna.

Publiceringsdatum2018-08-13ErsättningYour salary is 140 SEK/hour during weekdays and 168 SEK/hour during weekends. The salary includes 12 % "semesterersättning". We also have a bonus program that you are eligible for after 2 years employment.
