Their members use our interactive iPoster system to create and present their research results. We provide our users with an online help-desk and we are looking for a new team member who can help us provide the fast, friendly, and qualified support that our clients and end-users have come to expect from us.
We are looking for a person who:
Enjoys helping people and providing personal service
Is used to working with computers, both online and off-line
Has worked with computer programs like Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets
Is fluent in both written and spoken English
Likes to work as part of a team
Looks forward to learning new skills
Not required but a plus
Has experience with Content Management Systems
Speaks other languages besides English
Can work weekends or non-standard hours
