Role/Requirements:
• 3rd level qualification in Environmental Health Essential. Minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent
• Experience in Project Supervisor Construction Stage advantageous
• NEBOSH/IOSH qualification desirable
• Manual Handling Instructor, Abrasive Wheels Instructor and Working at Heights Instructor would be advantageous
• Immediate start available
• Remuneration will be in line with qualifications and experience
• Assist the EHS Lead with site Inductions for new employees / subcontractors
• Ability to Implement the company's health and safety procedures and management systems.
• Advising and assisting site management in drafting and communicating Method Statements / Risk Assessments
• Carry out daily site inspections / scheduled audits and communicate the results to the EHS Lead
• Ensure statutory forms and inspections are complete and recorded in a timely manner.
• Assist with accident / incident investigations.
• Communicate safety alerts / toolbox talks on a scheduled basis.
• Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by the EHS Lead to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
