Acting as a close partner to the CIO in guiding and continuously evolving the IT organization, we are looking for a:
Head of Sub-Solution Area Supply at SA Develop, Sell, Deliver
As Head of Sub-Solution Area Supply at SA Develop, Sell, Deliver, you are overall responsible to ensure that the Supply IT team is coordinated, motivated and creates value for the Ericsson Supply stakeholders.
You will have end-to-end responsibility for the Supply Area which support the Supply community with product and services. and the team members are based in multiple countries, including Sweden and India. From a stakeholder perspective, the entire portfolio needs to be managed, including analytics, thus ensuring that the total IT delivery to Sourcing is covered.
You will be responsible for:
Stakeholder satisfaction
Lifecycle Management
Total Cost of Ownership for the Portfolio
Time, cost and quality of development and implementation projects
Quality (Operational Stability) of services, i.e. to ensure IT delivers to its commitments
In the Supply IT unit the following roles exists:

The ICT Line Manager shall create and ensure Customer/Stakeholder value and satisfaction through an efficient ICT delivery. A main purpose of the ICT Line Manager is to support, directly or indirectly via the unit resources and to understand and align to overall ICT Processes, Models, and Strategies.
