hela Sverige We are looking for an outstanding Sales Leader to head up an amazing team! You will play a crucial role in moving the swedish sales organisation to the next level as we continue to grow.

Role and responsibilities
Your Role:
• Lead the Swedish sales organization and develop the different teams and regions to reach sales excellence
• Inspire and find new ways to get the sale organization even more successful
• Ensure achievement of revenue budget for Sales sweden
• Collaborate and develop relationship and strategies with other department
• Accurately reporting Sales performance to the CCO or any other person appointed
• Plan and implement strategic and tactical activities / processes to optimise the organisation, in line with the strategy for Mynewsdesk
• Execute and follow up on defined processes and KPI's
• Participate in the EXCO+ (leadership) team
What are we looking for:
• University Degree and/or proven success at B2B sales management
• Strong record of leadership, + 5 years
• + 5yrs experience from SaaS business
• Successful history of selling to new customers, goal oriented
• A strong understanding of Customer Success
• Strong influencing, negotiation and closing skills
• Passion for PR/Communications
• Proactive, independent, creative and innovative thinker
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, results orientated environment
• Be an honest, transparent and trustworthy team member, and actively involved in achieving team objectives
The role requires experience of sales and leadership.
