Position Purpose Responsible for leading the Nordic SCPO organization, ensuring delivery of proactive, reactive and transactional procurement activities across the in-scope categories for Pharma, Sandoz and Alcon. Responsible for facilitation of local stakeholder input to both global and local Procurement activity, as well as issue management and resolution for local in-country stakeholders. Major Accountabilities . Bottom-up aggregation of country data across categories and divisions to inform the top-down target setting process at Nordic level. . Overall delivery of the Nordic's savings targets and Procurement Balanced Scorecard measures at a Nordic level for the in-scope categories for each of three divisions (Alcon, Pharma and Sandoz). . Facilitate the development of a cohesive Annual Nordic Category and Vendor Plans that align with the Global Category Strategies. . Ensure the SCP Managers represent Nordic category needs to the relevant Global Category Leads and support relevant Global Category Leads to reconcile the "performance gaps". . Ensure cross-divisional performance management process is applied for SCP Managers and all steps are agreed with the Region Europe Head Procurement and Nordic divisions' CFOs. . Ensure Procurement processes are in place, in line with Global Processes, documented, communicated, trained and compliant.
Minimum requirements . Bachelor's degree required at a minimum, Master's degree preferred; in fields such as business administration, finance, law or a scientific or technical field. . Strong preference for CIPS or similar. . Minimum 10 years indirect spend procurement & Multi-national category management experience; . Strong direct people management experience Thought Leader Leadership Experiences: People Mgmt, Project Leadership, Cross-cultural Working, International Experience, Matrixed Organization.
