As head of the team you will lead and guide the development and launch of new offerings or new business. We are a Nordic operation with six specialists whose mission is to initiate and develop PostNord's consultant model with concreta sales targets (PostNord Insight). You will participate in client meetings, conferences and as a sought spokesman for the group.
You have what it takes
We are looking for a candidate with High strategic and conceptual abilities. You are the one that are driven to quickly put ideas in a wide context, an engaging and communicative person that easily get people to want to take part and listen. For you it is a mission to take down overall thoughts and ideas into concrete offers and develop working methods to produce them. You are external-oriented, follows and understand the market trends and market development and have good ability to act in a complex matrix organization. Experience from similar projects preferably with specialization in logistics and / or communication would be an advantage. You have an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships between countries, BAs and functions and you have very good knowledge in Swedish and English - both spoken and written
