As head of the team you will initiate, lead and drive the development and launch of new offerings or new business. You will interact closely with business Areas and colleagues in Strategy & Commercial Excellence to develop new value offers. You will have one manager reporting to you who is responsible for PostNord Insight, a Nordic operation with six specialists whose mission is to initiate and develop PostNord's consultant model. You will participate in client meetings and be a sought spokesperson for the group. You are member of the management team of Strategy & Commercial Excellence.
You have what it takes
We are looking for a candidate with high strategic and conceptual abilities. You are driven to quickly put ideas in a wide context, an engaging and communicative person that easily get people to want to take part and listen. For you it is a mission to take down overall thoughts and ideas into concrete offers and develop working methods to produce them. You are external-oriented, follows and understand the market trends and have good ability to act in a complex matrix organization. Experience from similar roles preferably with specialization in logistics and / or communication would be an advantage. You have an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships between countries, BAs and functions and you have very good knowledge in one Scandinavian language and English.
