And now, we're on a quest to find our Head of Performance Marketing, someone as passionate as we are about making the world a happier place and enriching lives through the world of reading. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As our Performance Marketing Maestro, you'll create marketing magic by conducting innovative campaigns and turning data into melodies of growth. You 'll dive into the world of ROI, CTR, and CPA as you sculpt strategies that resonate across channels. Unleash the power of analytics and creativity to hit high notes in user acquisition, retention, and revenue!
Being part of the Acquisition Team - with the vision to help customers find Nextory - you will be responsible for the team handling the performance, optimization and growth of our digital marketing. The position is based in Stockholm and you report to our CCO.
WHO YOU ARE
We believe that you are a seasoned conductor in the world of performance marketing, with a track record of crescendoing success. We also believe that you are fluent in the language of metrics, platforms, and algorithms. As a visionary you can transform insights into actionable strategies. We believe that you are passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, keeping our marketing symphony avant-garde.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• We believe you possess a background in economics, business, or finance education
• We believe you have accumulated around five years of experience working with online marketing
• We believe you are proficient in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4/Universal Analytics
• We believe you have a great knowledge in Google Big Query and SQL
• We believe you are proficient in utilizing Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis
• We believe you have expert knowledge in SEM and PPC platforms such as Google and Facebook
• We believe you are familiar with JavaScript, although it is not a mandatory requirement
