• Identify new revenue opportunities for the Manufacturing delivery units
• Represent TCS in customer meetings related to RFP responses
• Represent TCS in governance meetings for existing customers
• Participate in various marketing events representing the Manufacturing delivery units
• Work with TCS Nordic Country Business Development teams in new deal pursuits
• Mentor TCS Client Partners at various existing accounts to ensure their KPI's are met
We are looking for a Head of Manufacturing who will lead sales and delivery within the Nordics and Switzerland. You will be the manager of a team of eight client partners and will own the P&L responsibility for manufacturing.
You have extensive experience of Manufacturing. Preferably you have a good understanding of the TCS organization and offers. We expect you to be skilled in building customer relationships as well as in managing large programs. To succeed in the role, you will need to lead the Sales and Delivery teams holistically, in order to extend the TCS footprint in the region.
