What will you be working on?
We are looking for a CRM genius who is also a great leader - the position will involve a small but growing HR responsibility, initially managing one employee. The customer group that we are targeting is simply fantastic - with a passion for their sport/hobby/lifestyle that is pretty much unparalleled in any other niche. When we do good things for our customers we really see great results! Have a higher education such as an MBA or an engineering diploma
Have documented success within CRM
Have experience with digital business models
Have leadership experience
Love data! Both to analyze but more importantly to use
You might even have an interest in motorcycles, motocross and/or snowmobiles
