hela Sverige Rosti is a contract manufacturer with a Sales of 325 MEUR with a good profitability across its three divisions. The business provides contract manufacturing services and injection moulding to mid to large international customers from 8 manufacturing sites in Asia and Europe. Rosti headquarter is in Malmö, Sweden and is owned by Nordstjernan Group.
We are now looking for a Head of Group Financial Control to Rostis' headquarters in Malmö city centre. The role reports directly to the CFO and includes leading a team of two finance specialists as well as continually engaging with Rostis' 8 production sites in Asia and Europe as business requires.
The position is wide, and the main responsibility includes ownership of the Groups financial accounting and reporting processes including consolidation of Rostis' monthly financial results, reporting to parent company, lead and support financial budget and forecasting processes, be responsible for the transfer pricing set up and execution as well as the Groups Internal Control environment.
You will report to Patrick who is an experienced, positive, and engaged leader who works to build a trustful, sustainable performance culture within the team so the team can reach its goals. He gives you a strong mandate and trust that you deliver what you promised and that you seek support when needed.
This is both an operative and strategic role which would be an ideal move for a person who is passionate about finance and leadership and do enjoy a role with broad responsibility and a varied workday. For the right person, this position can lead to significant development and growth within the Rosti Group.
Main responsibilities:
As Head of Group Financial Control you will:
• Manage Group Accounting standards by maintaining the Rosti Finance Manual and Group Finance Instructions
• Be owner of the Groups financial consolidation system
• Support implementation of new ERP solution MS Dynamics in HQ Malmö.
• The role includes management responsibility for a team of two specialists based in the Malmö office.
• Lead and perform Group Assurance program
• Act as main interface towards banks including managing the overview of external loans, quarterly reporting of financial status, covenants, and our group wide cash pool.
• Manage the reporting of Rosti Group to Nordstjernan according to K3 GAAP
• Manage and maintain the Groups Transfer Pricing policy
• Manage the contact with Auditors
Who are you?
We are looking for a positive and engaged leader who is interest in making people grow. Experience of leadership is an advantage but not a requirement. You have an eye for continuous improvements and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You are self-propelled and proactive. You are also service minded and love to add value and make a difference!
You have a degree in MSc in Economics with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience from an auditing firm or from a similar position in an international company. You have proven experience in working with implementing changes in for example accounting principles or ERP-systems. Experience from working in an international business environment with various cultures all done in the English language is an advantage.
