As Head of the Finance Performance Center team, you will manage a team of eight people whose main responsibility is to lead the analysing and reporting on financial performance to selected programs, corporate functions and/or line organizations within CEVT. Your team is also responsible for CEVT's management system, Internal control, Treasury and financial processes. A key function is to secure data integrity - making sure we work with one set of data. You will also be responsible for developing balanced KPIs, and following up and pushing for actions to reach the targets. You will also be the key interface for finance towards our finance colleagues in China when it comes to financial planning, alignment and collaborations. As Head of Finance Performance Center this is your main responsibilities:
• Acting as China finance liaison
• Preparing business performance management reports and recurring analyses as well as board materials
• Developing standards for reporting and follow-up that ensure "one set of data"
• Driving deployment of new technologies and solutions for data management
• Analysing and delivering reports/analyses
• Developing and tracking KPIs and costs
• Aligning project reporting with Line & Corporate to ensure consistency
• Standard reporting and recurring analyses of OPEX and CAPEX
• Preparing corporate and unit level business reviews
• Driving and leading budget and forecast processes in close cooperation with HQ in China
• Being the key interface to our Shared Service Provider (tax and accounting)
Your profile
As a person you have proven leadership skills with a keen sense of business and knowledge around how to manage complex structures and systems. Strong analytical skills and a holistic financial understanding are a given. The ability to move quickly intellectually between discussions on numbers, projects, products and business will be valuable. Most of all, it is important that you enjoy being part of a great team and that you like responsibility and quick decisions.
Background
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum 5 years' similar experience from a global industry
• Experience in managing staff
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Mandarin and Swedish is preferable
