What can we offer?
We are now looking for a head of electromobility sales in Europe. In the role we offer you a great opportunity to lead the sales development of our electrified machines, contributing to our sustainability journey and our net zero 2040 vision. You will lead a small team of experts and work in close collaboration with your colleagues and external stakeholders. Our ambition is to take lead in transforming our industry into sustainable solutions and our electromobility journey is a vital part of this transformation.
You will be leading a team of electromobility experts passionate about creating customer value, driving transformation into electromobility solutions, finding new ways of working and making customer success happen together with your stakeholders. As head of electromobility, you will also be part of the management team of Sales Europe.

As you in the role will develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with Volvo Construction Equipment to deliver sustainable development of sales performance through balancing profit growth with costs, it is essential that you have a high interest in building a sustainable positive relationship with your stakeholders such as customers, dealers and colleagues in Volvo.
Other qualifications we think you have:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant.
