LeaseCloud is currently building a first class e-commerce team. We are #1 within B2B equipment subscriptions for SMB in the Nordics with over 2500 active customers. Our sites PerMånad® and Leasa.se are growing rapidly and we are in the process of creating a new exciting brand connecting the biggest leasing companies with hundreds of retailers.
What are looking for
LeaseCloud is looking for a Head of E-commerce to develop and implement an eCommerce strategy that maximizes sales growth and is integrated and complimentary to the overall strategy. The Head of E-commerce is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing ecommerce related projects and establishing goals & KPIs to ensure delivery of eCommerce growth.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Digital/Business Dev.
• 5+ years experience of working with eCommerce and digital business. development in similar roles, preferably in an international sales environment.
• Experience from B2B business and financing industry.
• Good knowledge of attribution and analytics.
• Understanding of the whole online customer journey.
• Experience of implementing and evaluating new sales and marketing. technologies and channels based on set business objectives.
• Proficient knowledge/experience from Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics and tools such as Funnel.io and HubSpot.
• Strong Team Management Skills.
Responsibilities
• Team management of E-commerce team.
• Product owner for e-commerce sites.
• Co-ordination with in-house development, design and DevOPS team.
• Evaluate and ensure development and growth of the company's e-commerce platform and other technical solutions such as reseller integrations.
• Manage systems & platform in e-commerce.
• Plan & implement sales activities in e-commerce from an economic & customer-driven perspective.
• Plan and implement brand and sales-driven marketing in digital media.
• Provide analytics and recommendations on category performance.

Information

• Work extent: Full time, 6 months of probationary will apply.

• Salary : According to profile and experience.
