We are looking for a positive, bright and driven person to head our Device & Logistics team in Sweden. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead our Device & Logistics team consisting of 8 high-performing team members with a lot of experience in the industry. You are a leader who loves creating world class products, services and optimize logistics value chains, always putting our customers first. The mission of the team is to ensure that we have a competitive portfolio of Hardware and Device propositions that attract customers and deliver financial value .This includes Device Strategy, Partner Strategy, Partner and Vendor Management, Device related Services, After Market, Distribution, Logistics and Operational Excellence. You will be working closely with both the subscription business of Telenor as well as our sales channels.
The key responsibility for the unit includes:
* Align all hardware strategies within Telenor Brand and drive device related strategies for Mobile Phones, Tablets, MBB-routers, Smart Gadgets, Smart Home (Retail) and Accessories
* Vendor negotiations, agreements and relationship with all Hardware suppliers including alignment with our global sourcing team
* Continuous development, maintenance, partner strategy and partner relationship of After Market for all Hardware (Example: Service Shop, Our market leading device program "Change", Insurance)
Responsibility for all logistics:
* Logistics strategy including Scandinavian cooperation
* Partner strategy and partner relationship
* Set best in class logistics to end users with flexible and attractive last mile delivery
* Forecasting, stock and supply management e2e
P/L responsibility for the area:
* Overview of Handset Net financials
* Forecasting of Vendor Contribution., After Market, Logistics, Billing and SIM
Billing:
* Partner management
* Ensure efficient printing and distribution of bills
Who are you

We believe that you have a master degree in finance or engineering or equivalent with strong academic results. If you don't, prove to us that this is not relevant. Experience working in the telecom industry is a positive advantage, but not mandatory.
