As the Head of Sourcing Data & Digitalization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation and data automation initiatives within Sourcing. You will be leading architecture improvements, shaping the digital roadmap, and implementing data automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across sourcing process, tools, and analytics. Furthermore, this role is accountable in leading Sourcing's Data Strategy and Governance, ensuring that sourcing decisions are supported by a data-driven approach. You will be the main interface to Group IT on overall level and drive portfolio content and budget for Sourcing digital transformation.
What you will do
IT portfolio, budget & forecast
Secure information and enterprise architecture
Digital roadmap
Data Foundation development and capabilities
Master Data quality management and control through data operating model
AI/Automation roadmap and execution
Translation of automation & data capability impact into Sourcing
Management of central platforms & alignment with EIT on platform capability (Power BI, Snowflake, AWS, etc.)
Represent Sourcing in cross system/functional/organizational IT/Data fora
Analyze emerging trends and continuously assess new technologies and automation opportunities
You will bring
University Degree or equivalent experience
Min 5-10 years' experience of leading in global environment
Min 5 years Sourcing experience
Business Acumen
Solid IT & Data knowledge (IT/Data processes, tools, flows and infrastructure)
Sound understanding of the e2e Sourcing process and the related cross functional dependencies
Ability to lead global, complementary teams towards common target & strong Change management capability
Drive objective decision making together with stakeholders across Sourcing as well as Ericsson
Strong collaborative skills
