Head of Customer Engagement Platform
LYNK & CO is seeking a head of LYNK & CO global Customer Engagement Platform.
As head of the Customer Engagement Platform you are given the opportunity to lead a team of passionate LYNK & CO:ers building and owning the whole LYNK & CO commercial digital platform enabling customers to explore, configure, buy and own LYNK & CO cars and services. You are given the opportunity to be the hero for enabling customers to experience mobility and hassle free car ownership in a complete new way.
Primary responsibilities include business & strategic alignment, business capabilities and requirements definition, roadmap planning, sourcing, service delivery and operations.
You will report to the Global Director of Business Technology LYNK & CO.
You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at LYNK & CO HQ. The position includes global responsibility.

- Passion for customer engagement through digital enablement, challenging conventional industry norms.
- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
- Extensive leadership experience including ownership of business & strategic alignment, business capabilities and requirements definition, roadmap planning, service delivery and operations.
- Extensive experience in global digital transformation
- Experience in retail and online sales is preferable.
