Nordic Choice Hotels are now looking for a new Head of Business Performance at Clarion Hotel. The role reports to Director of Business Performance at Nordic Choice Hotels and will be a part of both Nordic Choice Hotel's Business Performance team and Clarion Hotel's Operational Management Team. The Head of Business Performance works close in matrix with the Vice President of Clarion Hotel to enhance business performance, and is a key player in both Clarion Hotel's management team and the finance department.

The role is part of the Business Performance Team. The team is organized within the Finance Department at Nordic Choice Hotels. The role will report to Director of Business Performance at Nordic Choice Hotels, but will also work closely with the Senior Vice President for Clarion Hotels and the chains management group to drive their strategy and enhance business performance. The role is based Stockholm, but will require travel.

THE JOB
The Business Performance Manager's key tasks include driving Nordic Choice Hotel's company values through performance measurement by leading and developing operations KPIs across Clarion. You will enhance the business performance of the hotels by identifying areas of improvement, propose solutions and hands on follow-up of implementation at the hotels.
• Drive target-, strategy- and forecasting processes for Clarion Collection Hotels within Group guidelines in tight collaboration with operational management team
• Perform Monthly reporting and performance analysis
• Follow up each hotel locally and provide hands on assistance to the General Managers and/or Business Controllers
• Support target-, strategy- and forecasting processes within Group guidelines in tight collaboration with operational management team for Clarion hotels in assigned portfolio
• Ensure that business performance knowledge is shared by facilitating benchmarking workshops with hotels, spreading competence and motivating stakeholders to improve results
• Support with ad hoc analysis and assignments for Director of Operation, Business Performance Team and/or Group Finance
• Acquire super user skills and ensure correct setup of hotel systems in order to ensure good quality of data
• Build standard reports to hotels and chain operations in relevant tools (e.g. Excel and Power BI)
• Be responsible for driving prioritized improvement projects on chain and/or Group level

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Track record from controlling / business operation or another position that has given you great analytical skills and stakeholder management experience

• Good knowledge in finance and BI systems, and cannot imagine a life without Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in Scandinavian languages and English (spoken and written)
