The Product Management Team
We are restructuring the Product Management team to become even better at supporting our customers in providing attractive and sustainable people mobility, and now we are looking for a leader to join us on this journey of change and help us reach that next level doing this together with partners.
The Bus & Coach partnership team has the global responsibility to assure that we have a complete product portfolio together with partners. Assuring that we together with partners develop and maintain the right solutions to deliver expected results. Taking our current cooperation to the next level and defining new and improved ways of working with partners with a diverse level of cooperation.
The team owns the strategy for Body-builder cooperation, aligning common roadmaps. Facilitate and implement business plans set up, and be the focal point for partnerships within People Transport Solutions.
Tasks and qualifications
As Head of Bus & Coach partnerships, you will lead a global team of skilled and highly competent co-workers.
We are looking for an experienced leader with an interest, stamina and willingness to take our way of working with partners to the next level.
You know that the road to success will come from a well-performing team, and you have a track record of motivating and leading your teams to great results. In this role, you will interact with a wide network within Scania and global partners.
It is thus essential that you can build and manage relationships and strong teams. Overall, you are a down-to-earth and hands-on kind of person. You are service as well as business-minded. You are comfortable with English in speech and writing, and additional languages spoken are considered a merit.
Most likely you have a university degree in engineering or business, and if you have experience in Bus & Coach sales, presales, or customer operations, we consider that merit. For this position, Scania experience will be valuable. However, we know that the road to success comes in many different versions and we constantly strive to increase diversity in the team.
