Please, join us at CEVT as Head of ADAS and become a part of a fantastic team, responsible for advanced driver assistance systems for electric and mobility platform solutions. As Head of ADAS, you will work closely with the ADAS-AD management team members, as well as the department colleagues. You will interact with many areas in the CEVT organization, as well as external partners. To be a part of our team, you need to carry strong leadership skills, be very flexible, and always ask yourself how you can contribute to the department's goals and challenges. You will lead and be a part of an open-minded and supportive team, where we together create and develop for success! We are striving to have a flat and flexible organization, where everyone can, and will, make an impact.
As Head of ADAS, you will lead a growing team of about 15 persons, implementing business goals and translating strategies into department actions. The daily work will be everything from managing employee-related tasks, budget, and project deliveries. Additionally, close collaboration with our Chinese colleagues is important.
You will be based at our brand-new office at Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
Occasionally, you would also go on business trips abroad.
Suitable background and experience
• Minimum M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Documented and successful managerial experience with excellent ability to motivate people.
• Courage in leading with trust and care and drive for results in an ever-changing environment.
• Experience from ADAS development and testing.
• Efficient and excellent planning skills. Fluent in English. Chinese is a merit.
