• Being responsible for all the activities of the Department
• Coordinate and supervise the activity of the Department's members
• Coordinate all Internal & External Audits
• Contact to banks and tax advisors and auditors
• Conduct the entire tax accounting process for the preparation of the tax statements and payments
• Follow up the legislation regarding accounting, finance & tax
• Provide recommendations and advise the Commercial director with respect to all implications on ac-counting, finance & tax matters
• Continuously improve all internal procedures tools with regards to Accounting, Finance & Tax
The Successful Applicant
• University degree (Civilekonom) in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience within Accounting/Finance and Tax.
• Proven Team leading experience
• Previous accounting experience in the construction industry in Sweden is a requirement
• Good analytic skills and ability to take own initiatives to further develop the role and processes
• Commitment to delivery, aligned with good prioritisation skills to get all tasks completed in the time required
• Experience from and good knowledge of Excel
• SAP-Software skills a plus
• Very good English and Swedish language skills, both speaking and writing

You are a team player with high communication and collaboration skills. You deliver according to deadlines and are motivated by ad hoc challenges as well as regular controlling tasks.
