hela Sverige Do you want to lead the change of power generation and water technology? As HBU Digital Lead for Power Generation & Water at Power Generation, you will be responsible for the digital growth initiative for Power Generation & Water in Northern Europe. The position can be located in Västerås and Kista in Sweden, as well as in Copenhagen, Denmark or Vaasa, Finland.
The Business Unit Power Generation & Water is part of the Industrial Automation Division, and is a leading provider of integrated power and automation solutions for conventional, renewable power plants and water applications. Our comprehensive portfolio is based on our automation offering including instrumentation and control systems and it's complemented by our electrical and turnkey solutions. Our technology is supported by a service offering to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.
You will be part of Power Generation & Water in Northern Europe. We operate within the field of automation and electric power and work with customers within hydro power, nuclear power, combined heat and power production, water & wastewater and infrastructure. Our comprehensive portfolio includes integrated electrical and automation systems, including instrumentation and excitation systems, all supported by a service offering to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency, while minimizing environmental impact. Power Generation & Water in Northern Europe is a team of 300 co-workers located at our offices in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and United Kingdom.
In this instrumental role, you will provide regional leadership on the digital transformation in the power and water industries. An important part of your work will be to establish a deep understanding of our customers' needs, and challenge traditional ways of working. Included in your responsibility will be to:
• Provide consultative customer engagement
• Engage in digital strategic account planning
• Enable our key account teams to drive digital sales
• Invite stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities
• Lead regional opportunities - from pain point identification, solution pilot to closing broader industrial enterprise opportunities.
To successfully take on this position, you need a minimum of 10 years' experience within corresponding areas. Experience of software development or technical sales and customer engagement, is also required. Furthermore, it is advantageous with experience from internal or external consulting engagements with industrial cyber and/ or IoT customers and expertise from developing solutions on public and private clouds. Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language, is a must, written and spoken alike.
