The Production technical work means constantly challenging and improving Hasselblad's production process where they focus on quality and efficiency. As a Production Engineer, you are, among other things, responsible for solving complex problems together with colleagues cross-functionally. You will be an important part of the Production team, support and train in daily technical issues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production first line technical support;
Create and maintain assembly instructions;
Performance measurements;
Update and monitor statistics such as weekly reports, quality issues etc.;
Assist service with technical support;
Handle material issues, PCB problems etc.;
Tools and test equipment maintenance and upgrade;
Support setup of product labels for label printers;
Keep track of consumption supplies and order increase.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to manage high stress level;
Problem-solving attitude;
Knowledge in IT/PC/Office;
Hands on experience in measuring and soldering hardware is a plus;
Fluent in Swedish, and proficient in English;
Basic understanding of mechanical drawings;
Basic understanding of Statistics;
Experience with 3D CAD (Creo Parametric).
