Jeppesen is looking for a Hardware and Infrastructure Expert who will work in international projects, implementing and installing our crew planning products to airlines. You will work in close cooperation with our clients, acting as our expert on hardware setup, sizing, software installation etc. You will be based in Göteborg.
Requirements
• At least five years in the IT business
• Hardware and infrastructure knowledge
• Unix, database and systems administration skills
• You will be working directly with our clients, which require high level communication skills. You have a good command of the English language.
• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
Ideally you have
• Experience of system installation and integration
• Experience of on-line systems with high availability requirements
• Knowledge of Python and versioning systems
• Experience of VmWare and setting up virtual machines
• Experience of Weblogic, Websphere and JBoss
