Yanzi is growing! We are hiring a hardware engineer. It is a position where you will work hands-on with electronic engineering and world-class IoT. Your role will be in construction and production of Yanzi's sensor network while collaborating with our committed software engineers. This includes work with scalability in a fast-growing environment. Yanzi is innovative by thinking outside the box and would truly suit a creative mind that is looking for challenges.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities will include Yanzi's sensors and gateways when building prototypes and writing specifications. Here you will have a key role in production, approaching with quality and design.
Your experience:
In your work you are structured, enjoys problem solving and are driven by curiosity.
We are looking for someone with:
• Electronic engineering background or equivalent experience
• Experience of product companies
• Experience of designing a product from the idea stage to production
• Experience of microcontrollers, schematic design and board bring-up
• Working proficiency in English, fluent both in writing and speaking
It would be a plus if you have:
• Understanding of sensor elements
• Knowledge within test
• Experience from a fast-growing company
• Experience of ODM, Firmware or worked as a Product Manager
