Sales Coordinator, Taipuva Consulting AB

Taipuva Consulting AB is looking for an independent and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Stockholm office on a part-time basis (50% of full-time hours). After six months, we will provide a revised assessment to determine if the role should become full-time.

If you said yes, you might be just the person we're looking for! Do you already have some experience in sales and administrative tasks? Are you organized and confident with numbers? If you have excellent written and spoken skills in both Swedish and English and bring a strong, positive service mindset, we'd love to hear from you. Knowledge of Finnish is a plus, but not a must. Most of our customers are based in the Nordic countries.

As a Sales Coordinator at Taipuva, you'll manage your own work while being part of a growing, Nordic business. The role combines both sales support and administrative responsibilities. If you enjoy a mix of routines and variety, this position is a perfect fit.

Your main responsibilities include:
Order processing and invoicing
Reporting working hours to customers
Preparing quotations
Maintaining the customer database and identifying and contacting sales leads

We expect you to take ownership of your tasks and ensure they are completed reliably. To succeed, you'll need strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. You should enjoy interacting with different stakeholders and be able to handle the occasional challenging customer situation.

You'll also act as an important link to our Finnish unit and occasionally provide backup for a colleague based in Finland.

You'll be joining a relaxed and flexible team located in the heart of Stockholm. The role combines both office and remote work, typically about half of each.
