Job Description

Do you want to empower our organization to drive an efficient and sustainable tech development within Allocation precision? Do you know how to develop and improve the Allocation precision products with the customer in focus? As a Business Expert you can identify what makes the difference and you are eager to take part in our development.
As a Business Expert you can make a difference by identifying improvements and find business opportunities which will contribute to exceed the customer expectations. You are eager to take part in our development and loves to be in center of the action where the product meets business.
In this role you will have the support from the Product Owner and team together with your Competence Lead.
Your responsibilities:
• Analyze business opportunities to find new ways of creating business and customer value
• Drive the tech agenda to take our product to the next level, based on understanding of the context we are in and the potential for the future.
• Have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organization, to make sure that process & tech is working hand in hand.
• Secure progress, explain and anchor the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximize business impact, benefit, and effects.
• You will drive and coordinate different initiatives within business tech and our different products
Qualifications
A person who fits in this role is self-driven, customer driven and analytical. You and your product team will identify plenty of potentials and improvement areas. Hence, to make a difference for our allocation precision teams you need to be able to transform this into tangible actions in a keep it simple way.
• You have at least 1-2 years previous experience in any of:
• Retail Merchandising
• Online Merchandising
• Logistics operations / planning
• AI/AA development or integration
• Retail sales / demand forecasting
• You have experience of informal leadership.
• You are a connector & collaborator, positive and energetic, easily connect with people, and you build trust and relationships at all levels.
• You are truly a "do-er", willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward.
• You are strategic, analytical and fast in understanding and execution
• You have strong communication & presentation skills
• You are preferably familiar with digital development
