We are now looking for a Graphic designer that will be developing the graphic material around our tech products and fashion accessories. You will work closely with both the Product development and creative team to make sure our visual expression is in line with IDEAL OF SWEDEN'S brand and that we are following the latest fashion trends.
Areas of responsibility
Visualize graphic material in line with IDEAL OF SWEDEN'S brand and company goals
• Research market and design trends together with Product manager and Product designers to create timely, trendy designs that look fresh and current
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Complete projects by coordinating with internal stakeholders as well as outside agencies, art services, printers, etc
Produce materials and designs in close collaboration with cross-functional graphic team
• Develop a deep understanding of IDEAL OF SWEDEN'S brand guidelines and brand campaigns and be diligent in following them in the creation of all materials
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Create brand consistency across all designs and stay on message to represent the company's interests
Set up mood boards for upcoming collections
• Conceptualize visuals based on design briefs together with the Product development, marketing/ design department to produce final designs
• Plans concept by studying information and materials
• Amend designs after feedback
Create product presentations for both internal and external use
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Communicate the product departments vision to key stakeholders and partner
Essential Characteristics
• A degree in design, communication, or other related fields
• 2 year+ of work experience in relevant field, preferably in the fashion- and lifestyle industry
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and organizational skills.
• An understanding of the latest trends and a commercial mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
