We are looking for a Global Technical Innovation Manager for our Feminine Care team in the Global Hygiene Category.
As a member of the Feminine Care team, you will contribute to continue driving strong growth for our category globally, taking it to new heights!
In your position, you will contribute to the overall innovation strategy, with focus on Daily Care, Liners, in the technical area. You will work in partnership with your Global Brand Innovation peers and will report to the Global Brand Director Feminine Care located in Ismaning (Germany).
This Global Technical Innovation Manager position will be located in Gothenburg, and it is a permanent role.
Main Tasks
Contribute to and implement the brand innovation strategy for Daily Care - Liners, with focus on the technical area
Help identify opportunities and gaps Vs competition that enable to fuel the innovation pipeline and build the brand in accordance to our brand pyramid and brand architecture
Partner with Brand Innovation Team, Insights, R&D, Technology, Packaging, Manufacturing/Supply Chain and Lead Markets to secure strong innovation plan
Co-lead projects through the funnel stages in partnership with Brand Innovation peer
Assess technical feasibility of the project, Own the requirement spec and Agree mandatory parameters for the article
Secure alignment with R&D, Technology and Manufacturing/Suppliers
Work closely with the commercial teams in lead markets to prepare for successful launch
Key Competencies
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in technical product development in a multinational environment
Ideally experience in the Feminine Care category, with knowledge of LATAM and European market as priority for our business
Ability to bridge and balance technology criteria with commercial/business requirements
Project management and networking skills
Proven ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-functional teams
Strong English speaking and writing skills. Preference for Spanish language too (business need to work with production plants in several regions globally)
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, has passion
Ability to travel
