About the position
You will work at a global company within the industrial business who supplies the whole world with different industrial components. As Global Social Media Manager you will work in the Group Communications Team in Gothenburg. You will implement the company 's social media strategy and coordinate it with stakeholders across the company globally to ensure its effectiveness and adoption into the corporate culture and into all of the company 's products and services. As Global Social Media Manager you will also manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities such as online advocacy, writing editorial, promotions etc. In your role you also have responsible for being present in social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter and also in community sites and blogs. You will become an advocate of social media spaces in the Company, monitor campaigns and measure the impact of the campaigns. You will also be responsible for regularly giving feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into Marketing and Editorial teams.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
• Managing social media campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Implementing and coordinating the social media strategy
• Analyzing, reviewing and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns
• Monitoring trends in social media
About you
We are looking for you with a degree in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing and with experience from creating communications packages, presentations and editorial content. You have strong project management/organizational skills and great knowledge of social media platforms. You have excellent writing and verbal skills in the English language. This is a position for you who have great communication skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships. You are a team player who can lead and guide others who knows how to handle a high speed environment and knows how to frequently change priorities.
Important for the position is:
• A degree from a relevant area
• Previous experience from working with social media and communication
• Experience from project management
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

About the employment
The employment as Global Social Media Manager will be as a consultant with immediate start. The employment will be within Adecco Sweden. The assignment will go on until 2017-05-31.
