Who are you
We are looking for an ambitious, service minded and dedicated Global Service Sales manager in Business Unit Energy Separation (BU ENS), who will drive the sales strategy for the global opportunity of Decanter after-market sales in the broad industrial markets we serve.
About the job
You will be part of the BU ENS Service team that are responsible for the P/L results of the BU's after-market. Focus will be US, Canada, Australia and Latin Amerika where main industries for our decanters are mining, steel and industrial waste management. Your target is to continuously improve customer satisfaction and to grow the business. The role will require international travel.
Key responsibilities
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
• Service sales towards the extensive customer base/Installed Base (IB) of industrial decanters
• Successful collaboration with our Sales companies, priority to Americas and Oceania
• Drive strategy for decanter service sales
• Effective collaboration with capital sales and service teams across geographies as well as central BU Decanter Service organization
What you know
To succeed in this this role, we see the that you have minimum five years of experience from service, sales and from implementing sales strategies across cultures in an international organization. Technical flair, knowledge and interest is needed. University degree, fluent spoken and written English are a must.
