hela Sverige We are seeking an experienced and qualified candidate who holds the overall responsibility and accountability for IT project management within the technology domain.
To accomplish this, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Global Senior Project Manager to serve as a key resource and partner for our Technology teams. you will be part of a Transformation team responsible for delivering mission-critical IT projects and technologies in support of our business objectives. You will have the opportunity to work across varying levels of stakeholders within the IT on projects of varying scope and scale. This role will be instrumental in building and measuring metrics in an effort to drive continued success of the delivery teams.
As a Global Senior Project Manager with Transformation unit, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior IT leaders while leading complex IT projects that support and advance the way we do business. The scope of your role includes planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT initiatives. You will collaborate with project sponsors to define the project scope and objectives, identify required skills and resources for the project team, develop detailed work plans, and provide project status updates. You will be responsible for anticipating and identifying project issues and risks, recommending solutions, and working with senior management to implement solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
To lead/manage team(s) and application or technology development and enhancement.
To build, develop and maintain a high-performance team. Evaluate team capabilities and business needs and bridge the gaps.
To identify, tracks and communicate project progress, milestones, deliverables changes and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues and risks.
To be Subject Matter Expert (SME) of application(s), providing IT direction on business requirements and manage team's performance of project tasks
To prepare project feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from appropriate business leaders and project sponsors.
Coordinate project activities across multiple development, product management, user experience and QA teams.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrate solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to adapt shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in stakeholders and vendor managements.
Command of common office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft office suite, etc)
