Job Summary
As the participant in the Tube Rotation Program, you work with different projects that truly will make a change for our business. Certified with a degree in relevant area such as mechanical or industrial engineering, you will be integrated in our Business Units and Operation Sites to be developed and you to contribute to our activities Also, you take significant ownership for the projects you participate in and drive improvement initiatives and performance management. The program is planned to start during September 2022 and continue through June 2023 and is designed to lead to a permanent position upon successful completion.
We will offer you
We offer full time, permanent employment from day one of the program. During the first assignment, participants will meet in Sandviken Sweden for a week of training, focused on getting to know our business and on your development. Upon hire, you will be assigned a company mentor, The mentor will provide you with guidance and advice to build your rotational career plan. You will work for three-month rotations in three different Business Units around the globe with interesting and relevant projects. At the end of the ten-months program, you will perform an evaluation with your mentor and the Tube Rotation Program Lead. The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, which will begin after the end of the program. All program trainings are meant to build the foundations of your future career evolution.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in relevant area such as mechanical or industrial engineering as well as experience of collaborating in different projects. We place great value on your personal qualities, as well as on your powerful performance focus and proactive abilities.
You are a person that desiring knowledge and are intellectually curios. You are also Initiative-taking, open to challenges and comfortable in highly changing environments. To be successful in the role you show a prominent level of emotional intelligence. You are enthusiastic about our industry , mobile and open to live and work in various parts of the world. As this position has an international exposure, you need to have effective communication skills, making it easy for you to build relations and cooperate with people from all over the world.
