What's in it for you?
As a Global Risk Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Risk team at Care by Volvo. We focus on managing credit and fraud risks with our product. When a customer subscribes, we look at thousands of data points to evaluate both the solvency and identity of the applicant, and we do it digitally in less than a second.

You will solve challenging problems in a unique environment - blending the startup culture of Care by Volvo and the mature business of Volvo Cars - with a talented and motivated team. Care by Volvo is growing fast, and this role is a fantastic opportunity to work with data analytics, product development and credit and fraud. You will be based in Stockholm but as you will be collaborating with colleagues in different geographic locations, a certain amount of travel is expected.

What you will do
• Use data analytics to build and optimize automatic decision strategies
• Lead credit risk and fraud product development for new markets
• Create monitoring and reporting of credit risk performance
• Optimize the user experience in the sign-up flow
• Review incoming applications and investigate data on a case-by-case basis
• Develop analytical tools and databases with analysts and engineers

You and your skills
We are looking for you who:
• Graduate in 2020, or recently graduated, with a university degree in a quantitative field (Physics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering etc)
• Has experience working with databases and querying
• Has experience producing fact-based solutions to problems
• Is fluent in English
• Is passionate about data analytics and its role in an organization
• Is persistent when solving problems
• Is an excellent communicator and team player
