We are now looking for a Global Regulatory Assurance Lead who will be responsible for managing the regulatory program for our products and to ensure that required regulatory assurance work is carried out in full before the products are placed on the market.
Your future role
As a part of Blueair's Regulatory Asscurance team you will be responsible for managing the regulatory assurance work for our products, for all markets and throughout the products' life cycle. In this role you will work close to Product Managers, Product Development, Product Care and Supply Chain to define the regulatory scope and needs and offer support related to regulatory issues.
You will furthermore work close to regional and local teams to understand local requirements, provide support, and coordinate regulatory work and initiatives.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collect, evaluate, and communicate global and local regulatory requirements, limitations, and insights to relevant stakeholder
Know, understand, and interpret applicable standards and other guiding document
Support global and local teams in regulatory discussions or questions related to Air towards suppliers, labs, authorities etc.
Develop and uphold processes and ways of working related to regulatory assurance
Represent Blueair in forums where global regulatory topics related to Air are discussed
Participate in projects where regulatory questions need to be taken into consideration
Approval of regulatory work required before product launch
Who you are
To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience of working with regulatory assurance related to electrical products in a global environment. You have a high level of integrity, excellent analytical skills, and you pay attention to details. We believe that you have an overall proactive approach, good technical understanding as well as great communication skills. Furthermore, you are engaged, humble and a true team-player. You will work cross-functionally and collaborate and with various stakeholders from different departments and you look forward to being part of a great journey.
You enjoy solving problems of a regulatory kind. You probably know the ISO-numbers for a few standards and keep the latest version of IEC60335-1 next to your bed.
University Degree in Engineering or similar
Experience from working with Regulatory Assurance for Electronic Products
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with global regulatory assurance including standards, certification, and 3rd party product testing
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with co-workers and other key stakeholders
A high sense of detail and a willingness to learn
