GMD has a critical and leading role in delivering the AstraZeneca business strategy - uniting our unique development capabilities and talent to drive the AstraZeneca late-stage pipeline of small molecules and biologics. GMD works collaboratively to deliver high quality programs to support the approval, launch and reimbursement of new medicines.
The GMD business unit is developing a footprint that is aligned with AstraZeneca's three scientific centers (Cambridge, UK; Molndal, Sweden; and Gaithersburg, USA), but they also look for talent globally outside of the scientific centers. Because of this global focus for talent acquisition in GMD, AstraZeneca has identified the need for a Global Recruitment Partner to support our business leaders in their search for top talent.
The selected individual will serve as the "face of recruiting" for Leadership Team members in one or more organizations in GMD - assisting those leaders with strategic workforce planning and recruitment strategy across the GMD global footprint. This person will maintain a global overview of all recruitment for their assigned business area(s), and will support complex and critical recruitment-related cases (such as relocation and immigration) across all geographies within the business area(s) being supported. Responsibilities include personally managing full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned global roles, as well as collaboration with country Recruitment Partners for "local" recruitment support and coordination.
Responsibilities include:
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pre-selecting candidates; offer management (including compensation analysis); and managing the hiring administration and on-boarding process.
• Collaborating with Recruitment Partners and Recruitment Coordinators to perform recruitment activities.
• Tracking and monitoring activity, metrics (such as time to hire and quality of service) and seeking continuous process improvements.
• Seeking and responding to customer feedback.

• Working across different cultures and comfortable operating in a matrix environment.
• Quickly and credibly building strong relationships across a range of key stakeholders and customers.

• Generating reports & spreadsheets to produce meaningful management information.
• Keeping accurate records of recruitment activities in a variety of recruitment databases.
• Working with a consultative approach, yet knowing when and how to challenge business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Quickly consuming and processing large volumes of information while identifying and focusing on the top priorities.
• Identifying and creating the correct factors to achieve success and forge new and innovative ways of working.
Vem är du?
We believe that you have experience from the following fields:
• Experience from working across different cultures and comfortable and credible operating in a complex, matrix and global environment; able to function effectively in an ambiguous environment
• Experience from executive search and recruitment
Personal Profile:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build strong relationships across a range of key stakeholders and customers, with credibility and gravitas
• Strong negotiating skills, able to identify business focused solutions in the face of organizational or administrative barriers.
• Able to contract roles, responsibilities and deliverables; challenge constructively and drive high performance levels in others
• Able to build networks across the organization and to drive action through influence. Acts as a multi-way interface that joins up the spokes between HR and the business.
Du erbjuds
We can offer you a challenging role in a truly global company. This is a consultant assignment which means that you will be hired by Jurek Rekrytering & Bemanning, but working as a consultant at AstraZeneca. The role is flexible in location - with Södertälje or Mölndal as alternatives. The role will include some travelling. There are possibilities to work from home to some extent since a lot of the meetings are held via video conference or telephone.
