For Sandvik IT Services, we're currently looking for a Global Process Manager to join our team where we explore new ways of working, focus on customers and embrace our strong values. Your mission
In this position, you're responsible for process design and implementation of the processes in all Functions and Business Areas where the process is applicable. You develop and implement process improvement strategies across multiple departments, identify opportunities for process optimization and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement changes. To track process performance and measure success, you design and implement metrics and KPIs. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of processes and procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to process improvement.
You work in a team that has the scope of Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge management and the aligning processes.
The job also includes:
Follow-up and reports process adherence.
Driving adjustments and continuous improvements in and between processes.
Supporting delivery organizations in use of the processes.
Own and facilitate aligning process forum
Provide training material for the delivery organization
Establish and maintain process documentation, including standard operation procedures and process maps.
Communicating process changes.

The location for this job is in either Sandviken or Stockholm.
Your character
We're looking for someone with experience of working with process design and development in a similar role. You have experience from project management and strong understanding of process framework and business outcome. Knowledge of ITIL processes, as well as agile way of working, is beneficial. Experience in ServiceNow is also a plus. As we're a global organization, excellent written and verbal English skills are required.
