You'll be part of our Global Order Desk for Equipment, responsible for handling all Crusher models worldwide. We work closely with our customers and factories to ensure efficiency and continuous improvements.
About your job
You're responsible for managing all order-related activities - from coordinating delivery, logistics and trade compliance to verifying technical and commercial details.
Key responsibilities include:
Confirm orders and handle associated communication.
Match customer needs with globally available resources.
Collaborate with production units and warehouses to find the best solutions for excellent customer service.
Maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Provide input to improve our order management and planning processes.

Location
You're based in Svedala and we offer a hybrid work setup. Some travel may occur.
Your profile
You bring operational knowledge in logistics or supply chain management, including order handling, planning, warehouse management, or shipping. Experience in an international setting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office is essential. You have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar - or equivalent experience. Working in a global environment requires fluency in Swedish and English.
On the personal side, you're structured, analytical, and thrive on collaboration across departments and cultures. You handle complexity with ease, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Customer focus is at the heart of your work - you're flexible, communicative, and committed to delivering top-quality service.
